Director, Business Development
Responsibilities:
RafCore Business Development Executives possess a drive to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals through sales prospecting, pipeline management and strong consultative selling. Business Development Executives must be capable of presenting ideas clearly and concisely while targeting the specific needs of the client.
Preferred Experience:
RafCore is looking for Business Development Executives with 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record of meeting objectives selling products or services with excellent presentation and communications skills. Business Development Executives must be able to identify and meet with "C" level decision makers effectively. Business Development Executives must thrive in a highly motivated team environment working with common values towards common goals. A Masters degree is preferred.
Product Manager
Responsibilities:
Externally, represent Customers, Sales, and partners by serving as evangelist and technical expert on product capabilities. Assess and analyze customer needs including use scenarios, cost and scope of deployment, market size, and product needs. Internally, prioritize product development activities based on market and customer needs, define product roadmap, and manage the product lifecycle through alpha, beta and deployment.
Preferred Experience:
RafCore is looking for candidates with prior experience in Marketing/ Product Management including channel development, customer penetration, and new product introduction. Good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects a must. Ideally, a year or more of proven project experience with RFID. BS degree Required, MBA strongly desired at this level.
Senior QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
Create and execute functional system test plans that imitate real-world system use. Develop automated testing systems. Ensure that system development matches business functional requirements. Assist in the identification and resolution of coding and deployment issues. Design, implement, coordinate, and monitor all product testing both in-house and by Beta customers. Identify failures, defects, and GUI issues that affect system design. Own product bugs and enhancements tracking. Document system features, testing plans and results, and testing methodologies
Preferred Experience:
RafCore is looking for candidates with 4+ year or more of SQA experience with a focus on the white box testing of N-tier architecture and client-server based applications. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes. Must be proficient in Development of Test Plan, API testing, Automation testing with WinRunner, LoadRunner, Load and Performance testing. Experience in installation and configuration. Experience in testing applications written in Java, C++. Experience in testing RDBMS, Oracle Database. Good programming skills. Good scripting skills in Perl. Strong Regression and Analysis Skills. Expert troubleshooting skills for all technologies. Assertive and systematic approach to problem solving.
